The Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival (UBIFF) is dedicated to fostering the art of cinema in Mongolia and promoting international collaboration among filmmakers. International Film Section
The International Film Section of UBIFF features acclaimed films from top global festivals, highlighting diverse cultures and cinematic voices. It connects Mongolian audiences with world cinema, fosters creative exchange, and strengthens ties between international filmmakers and Mongolia’s film industry.
Documentary Film Section
The Documentary Film Section of UBIFF highlights powerful non-fiction storytelling from Mongolia and abroad. It features thought-provoking works that explore social, cultural, and environmental issues, offering audiences fresh perspectives and fostering dialogue through real-life narratives and cinematic craftsmanship.
Youth Program
The Youth Program Section of UBIFF nurtures young cinephiles and emerging filmmakers through screenings, workshops, and mentorship. It encourages creative exploration, builds industry awareness, and empowers Mongolia’s next generation to engage with cinema as both art and career.
New Horizon Program
